How do I make a fault report?

Fault reports can be made around the clock via boendeappen (the Housing App) or Mina sidor (My Pages).

To facilitate the process, please take a picture showing the issue and describe the problem briefly. A technician will then contact you. The urgency of our response depends on how critical we assess the issue to be.

You can reach customer service by phone at 08-442 44 40. Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 June-August Fridays 08:00-15:00. Closed for lunch 12:00-13:00
