How do I pay the rent at Heba?

At Heba, you receive your rent invoices directly in the housing app. You can also choose to receive the invoices as e-invoices or to your email. The invoices are also available on My Pages, where you can also see if the invoice has been paid.

How to receive your rent invoices
Housing App Avy
You can download the “Boendeappen Avy” via the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). You will find the rent invoices in the app, and you can also pay the invoices directly from the app.

E-invoice
If you prefer to pay via e-invoice, you need to register this with your internet bank. The bank giro number you should provide as the recipient is the same as you usually use for previous rent payments.

E-mail
Alternatively, you can choose to receive the rent invoice to your email address. Contact us to arrange this: info@hebafast.se

Mina sidor (My Pages)
Log in to Mina sidor (My Pages). In the Min lägenhet (My Apartment) field, you will find the link "Se min hyra" (View My Rent). Click on the link to see the invoices with the current OCR number and rent amount. Here, you can also see if the rent has been paid.

Pay your rent on time
Rent must be paid in advance no later than the last business day of the month before each calendar month begins. This means that, for example, the rent for April must be paid no later than the last business day in March. It is important to know that we do not send out reminders. If the rent is not paid on time, the matter will be handled by Ropo Capital, which will send a collection demand to you.

When paying via the internet, ensure that the OCR line is correct. Each monthly invoice has a different OCR number.
