What is my notice period for the apartment?
When it's time to move out of one of our properties, it's important to remember two things in addition to moving your belongings: terminating your lease in good time and cleaning the apartment before you leave.
When you want to terminate your lease, the easiest way is to fill out and email one of our termination forms. You can also send the form by regular mail if you prefer.
A three-month notice period applies for most leases, starting from the end of the month. In the case of an estate (due to death), a one-month notice period applies. For other specific cases, see your lease agreement or contact Heba at 08-442 44 40.
We always confirm the termination. If you have not received a confirmation within two weeks, contact your property manager.
