Can i visit the apartment before the moving in date/ Electricity agreement?

Hope you are doing well. I would like to clarify a couple of things before the moving-in date to Täby, in 16th of November.
1) Would it possible for us to have a short look at the apartment, as we have never had this option until this moment, in order to take some pictures / measurements of the rooms so that we can safely make a buying plan? That would be of great benefit for us to proceed with the purchase of furniture.
2) Regarding the electricity agreement, is this process entirely up to me or are there any other factors that should be taken into account in advance?

Its not possible to se the apartment in real life before signing contract.
This due to avoid/reduce spread of infection Covid-19.
About the electricity agreement, that process entirely up to you. You`ll find many options to choose from.

The contract had been signed in May. Are there any detailed pictures / drawings with measurements of walls inside the apartment, location of radiators etc, so we could have a better picture at least?

If there's any picture of the apartment, they are always inclued in the information,
the administration sends to Stockholms bostadsförmedling.
This includes all of our apartments.
I have talked to the property manager of Täby, and he is telling me there's no pictures/we aint having any pictures for the apartments in Täby.
Anyway a scale is always included in the drawing, of the apartment.

May I ask what the following mean?
i) Bröstningshöjd (Is it the distance from the floor to the window?)

"Bröstningshöjd" is the distance from the floor to the window. That`s totally correct.
"Nedsänkt undertak" sometimes occurs, if it`s installed special roof-lighting, for example in the bathroom.
